Japan Tours Co. designs and runs small-group guided itineraries in Japan. This website lets you browse tours, estimate pricing, and start a free consultation. No trip is confirmed, and no payment is due, until you and a guide have agreed on dates, itinerary, and price directly.

Booking happens in two stages:

• Inquiry: submitting the booking form or contact form is a free, no-obligation request — nothing is charged.
• Confirmation: your trip is only booked once you’ve paid the deposit a guide quotes you, arranged separately from this site.

Prices shown on this site are per person, double occupancy, indicative estimates in your selected display currency, not a live exchange rate or a locked quote. Your guide will confirm the final price and accepted payment currency for your specific trip before any deposit is due.

You’re responsible for:

• Holding a valid passport and any visas required for your nationality and itinerary.
• Being medically fit for the activity level of your chosen trip, and disclosing relevant conditions in advance.
• Arranging travel insurance (strongly recommended, and available as an add-on).
• Following your guide's safety instructions during the trip.

Weather, closures, and local conditions occasionally require last-minute itinerary changes. Guides will always substitute a comparable experience where possible; minor changes of this kind don’t entitle you to a refund. Significant changes made before departure are covered under our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Flights, hotels, trains, and local activity operators are supplied by third parties. We vet our partners carefully, but we aren’t liable for their acts, delays, or failures beyond what’s required by applicable law. Each supplier’s own terms and conditions may also apply to your booking with them.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Japan Tours Co.’s liability for any claim relating to a trip is limited to the amount you paid for that trip. We aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including missed connections or events outside our reasonable control.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Japan Tours Co. is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. [Placeholder — specify the real governing jurisdiction before launch.]
