Ten days that felt effortless. Every transfer was waiting, every reservation was made, and our guide knew exactly which side street to turn down for the best ramen. Fushimi Inari at sunrise alone was worth the trip.

Classic Japan

First time in Japan and I didn't have to think about a single logistic. Hotels were consistently excellent and the group size was small enough that it never felt like a tour bus experience.

Classic Japan

Perfect for a short trip. Six days felt full but never rushed. Would have loved one more day in Kyoto, but that's my only note.

Tokyo & Kyoto Express

As someone who plans trips around food, this exceeded expectations. The sushi-making class and the sake tasting in Fushimi were the highlights of our year.

Niseko's powder is everything people say it is, and coming back down to Tokyo's warmth and neon after was the perfect contrast. Our ski guide was fantastic with mixed skill levels in the group.

Snow Country: Niseko & Tokyo

Beautifully organized trip. Only reason it's 4 stars and not 5 is the Tokyo hotel was a little further from the station than expected — everything else was excellent.

Booked this for a group of five with very different ski levels and it worked perfectly — Haruto adjusted the runs every morning based on how everyone was feeling. The ryokan night in between was the highlight of the whole trip.

Snow Country: Niseko & Tokyo

Neither of us had skied outside Europe before and the powder in Niseko genuinely lived up to the hype. Loved the contrast of flying into Tokyo's warmth and neon straight after — smart itinerary design.

Snow Country: Niseko & Tokyo

Great trip overall. Lift lines were longer than I expected on the second day, but that's Niseko in peak season and not really on the guide — everything else ran smoothly.

Snow Country: Niseko & Tokyo

Only had a week to spare and this fit perfectly. Yui knew exactly how to sequence Tokyo so we saw the highlights without feeling rushed between them.

Tokyo & Kyoto Express

Solid, well-paced itinerary for a short trip. The Shinkansen timing with a Fuji-side window seat was a nice touch I wasn't expecting from a guided tour.

Tokyo & Kyoto Express

I've done a lot of food tours and this was on another level — the sake tasting in that 200-year-old Fushimi brewery alone was worth the trip. Kenji's restaurant picks were consistently better than anything I'd have found on my own.

Went in expecting a standard food tour, came out having taken a sushi-making class with an actual Kyoto chef. Small touches like that made it feel personal rather than packaged.

Timed this for cherry blossom season on Aiko's recommendation and she nailed the dates. Ten days felt like exactly the right length to see Osaka, Kyoto, and Tokyo without rushing any of them.
